Parents seeking admission for their child have to complete and submit the online registration form . Print and;bring the completed form;along with the required documents.

Admission for PRE-KG

  • As per KHDA, child registering for the academic year 2016-2017 will have to be 3 years old by 31st July 2018.Only children born between 01-08-2012 and 31.07.2013 are eligible for admission to PRE KG for the academic year 2016-2017.
  • Under age children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
  • Admission will be granted only after an interview with the child.
  • The application forms are available online (primusschool.sch.ae).Parents have to bring the filled up application form and required documents. Make sure that you fill up all the required fields.

Admission for KG 1

  • As per KHDA, child registering for the academic year 2016-2017 will have to be 4 years old by 31st July 2018.Only children born between 01-08-2011 and 31.07.2012 are eligible for admission to KG 1 for the academic year 2016-2017.
  • Under age children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
  • Admission will be granted only after an interview with the child.
  • The application forms are available online (primusschool.sch.ae).Parents have to bring the filled up application form and required documents. Make sure that you fill up all the required fields.

Admissions for KG 2

  •  Admission is granted after an assessment and interview.

Admissions for Grade 1 to 9

  • Admission is granted based on the performance in the Entrance test  (English & Math), availability of seats and submission of  original TC from the last school attended.
  • Entrance test will be conducted in the month of January 2017.
  • All admissions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education
  • No provisional admission will be granted.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

  • Admission form completed & printed 
  • Two copies of the Birth Certificate (English or Arabic only)
  • Two copies of the child’s passport , Valid Visa & Emirates ID
  • Six passport size photographs
  • One copy of parent’s passport , visa and Emirates ID.
  • One copy of the vaccination card.
  • One copy of the original mark sheet of the last examination
  • Students seeking admission to the school from Grade 2 and upwards are required to submit their attested original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended
  • Students seeking admission after June 15th from KG 1 on wards are required to submit the attested Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
  • Parents are requested to bring the original documents (Birth Certificate & Passports) for verification of the same, at the time of admission.

Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, IN ENGLISH ONLY, should be attested as per the guidelines given below:

  • For students coming from Emirates other than Dubai, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of education of that Emirate
  • For students coming from Gulf countries other than Oman, The Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Foreign affairs and by the UAE Embassy located in that country.
  • For students coming from Oman, the Transfer certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy located in that country.
  • For students coming from outside the UAE, the following order of attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate

For students coming from India:

  • The Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Education Officer of the Zone / District / Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
  • For students coming from CBSE/ICSE Boards the certificate should be attested by concerned Regional officers.
  • The Transfer Certificate should be attested by UAE Embassy, Delhi or UAE Consulate Mumbai.
  • The seal and signature of the Education Officer/Regional officer has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and Foreign Affairs Ministry in UAE.
